Is it time to clean yet?
-Payments will be made within 15 days from the day services were provided.
-We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and Venmo mobile payment services (smartphone apps).
Late Payments:
Payments not received within 30 days will be sent to collections or small claims court.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
-Clients must call or text at least 24 hours in advance, if cancelling their scheduled cleaning appointment. We will then, book a cleaning before the next scheduled appointment. (Maintaining regularly scheduled cleanings prevents excessively dirty home areas that will be harder to clean for subsequent appointments.)
-We will charge 50% of the regular cleaning fee if the client cancels their appointment within less than 24 hours of their scheduled cleaning.
-We will not charge you a cancellation fee if we have to reschedule or cancel due to somebody in your household or on our team being sick or having an emergency. But, we recommend a tip/gratuity to our cleaners as cancelling an appointment makes the next cleaning more diffucult and time consuming. (We will appreciate your kindness!)
-We will not charge you if we can not show up for a scheduled cleaning due to inclement weather.
-There will be a $50 added to the regular cleaning fee to reschedule a cleaning for the weekend.
Lock Out:
In the case, an LHC team member arrives for a scheduled cleaning but is unable to gain entrance to the home/building due to the client's failure to provide proper access, 100% of the cleaning fee will be charged, regardless of the situation.
Utility Shut Off:
If your utilities are shut off when we show up for cleaning, 100% of the cleaning fee will be charged.
Rules:
-We do not wash dishes or do laundry.
-We do not clean any human or animal waste such as vomit or kitty litter.
Cleaning Options:
-Oncall cleaning - $60 per hour per cleaner.
-Inside Refrigerator or Oven - $45 Each.
-Cleaning extra areas or inside windows or door glass - Oncall rate $60 per hour per cleaner.
-Change duvet covers - $5 each.
-Change bed sheet - Free. Please put the fresh sheets on the bed so we can easily find them.
-Clean the top of the refrigerator - Free. Please remove any items on top before our cleaning. Otherwise, we will charge on-call rates to move the items.
Extra Charges:
-First-time cleaning will have a minimum of $100 added to the base cleaning fee.
-There will be a $50 added to the regular cleaning fee to clean on the weekend.
-There will be a $60 per hour/a cleaner extra charge added to Post-construction cleanup.
-If we have to move or organize items that are in the way of cleaning surfaces such as dishes, clothes, or toys, the extra time will be charged at on-call rates.
-Lock out then we will charge a regular cleaning fee.
Observed Holidays:
We do not schedule cleanings on the following holidays:
4th of July 3rd, 4th, 5th
Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday,
Christmas December 23rd-26th
New Years' from December 30th - January 2nd.
If your cleaning falls on an observed holiday, you can contact us to reschedule service. You will not be charged for this.
If you have a vacation planned around the holidays, you will not be charged extra for rescheduling your cleaning.
